Do you have redback spiders in your backyard?

If you have redback spiders in your backyard you will first notice their messy looking webs.

Redback webbing is generally found between 1 and 200mm from the ground and often found on pool fences, the base of shrubs, outdoor furniture, kids toys and cubby houses.

Is it a problem?

Unfortunately, unlike most house spiders, these are poisonous and because of their ground dwelling nature we are more likely to come into contact with them.

The best way to control redback spiders is keep up with to date with general pest sprays. This will greatly help reduce the numbers.

If you would like to discuss your spider problem, please give O&L Pest Control a call.
