to provide a complete and comprehensive termite inspection report we will need access to all areas of the house. This includes roof voids, subfloors and any outside structures. If we are unable to get access to the entire property the report will be limited to the areas we were able to inspect.
Can I be at home during a termite inspection?
Absolutely! However, other than access to all areas of the property, we do not require you to be at the property whilst we carry out the inspection.
How long should a termite inspection take?
Termite inspections can take up to 2 hours depending on the property. For the average house it will take around an hour to complete.
Can anyone perform a termite inspection?
No: to complete a termite inspection the pest control technician must have completed the relevant timber pest management course and have a current license under the EPA conditions. Further it is important that you choose a reputable company to perform the timber pest inspection (like O&L Pest Control), who have significant training and oversight where relevant.
Are pest inspections the same as termite inspections?
