What to do before treatment
To ensure the best outcomes for your treatment we recommend the following optional steps. Discuss with your friendly technician if you have any questions or concerns.
Pets
Remove pets food, bedding and water bowls from the ground.
If possible relocate your pet for the day.
Furniture
Try to move as much furniture away from walls. This doesn't need to be perfect.
No need to cover furniture.
Technicians are trained in how products used interact with surfaces in the house to ensure no damage is done to the property.
Children, Pregnant Women & Allergies
If possible, occupants should vacate when the treatment is underway. It is recommended that occupants remain away from the property for 1 hours after the treatment.
Indicate to technician if occupants have any allergies, are pregnant or have young children. Technicians are trained in the safety requirements of each product and will advise safety precautions as necessary.
Outside
Close windows and doors.
Take clothes off the clothesline.
What to expect after the treatment
Cleaning
It is recommended that floors are not mopped for 3 days following a treatment. If this is not possible we recommend not mopping close to the skirting boards.
Pest activity
You will notice an increase in activity for the following 3 weeks after the treatment as pests are flushed out of weep holes.
Effectiveness
The treatment will take up to 6 weeks to work.
We provide a 3 month guarantee on our general pest services, so if you are unhappy after the 6 weeks we will treat the property again for free.
Follow up
We recommend that a general pest spray is completed every 6 to 12 months.
Refer a Friend
Are your friends or family experiencing unwanted pests in the home?
Receive a $50 gift card when you refer a friend, and they complete a treatment. Tell them to mention you and we will take care of the rest when their treatment and payment is completed.
